Caller keeps calling with my name and says he has my social security number and that this is my last chance to fix a personal matter for a payday loan which I have never taken out a payday loan ever in my life. Also states that they want to wish me luck with my lawsuit against me. Caller gets loud and rude on phone and keeps calling and calling and calling also knows my address. What can I do why does this caller know my address and personal information?

Have no idea who these people are, told them if I owe them money then fax me all the information when I called them yesterday. They seem to have my credit union informtion but never got a fa from them. I actually got into trouble with my boss over this.

Called me at the same time (3:00), every day Monday-Friday for a week until I answered the phone on Friday. Then they hung up. This is kind if annoying.

This nr calls often and when I try to call it, it says it is disconnected. who is it and why?

A middle easter male called asking for my husband,when I informed him that he was not here and asked if I couldntake a message he gave me this number 347.457.3032 and wanted my husband to please contact him him a.s.a.p. When I asked what it was regarding I was told," A Legal Matter". Unknown callers call our house all the time but when the machine picks up no-one ever leaves a mesage.They even call my husband at work. How do they get our numbers ?

A woman's voice said "I am from your credit card company". She did not mention the name of the company. She said I could take advantage of a limited time offer for me to lower my interest rate and wanted me to press "1". Dialing the number back got the same recorded voice saying she is from Card Member Service and she will be helping me with my account. I do not have any credit card debt, so lowering interest is not an option that would apply to me.

HE CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND I DID TRY TO WORK WITH HIM TO NO AVALE AND HE CALLED ME BACK TODAY AND I ASK HIM NOT TO CALL ME AT WORK ANYMORE AND HE INSISTED ON SPEAKING WITH MY BOSS. I TOLD HIM NO AND HE SAID HE WOULD KEEP CALLING UNTIL HE GOT MY SUPERVISOR SO I WENT AHEAD AND PUT MY SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE.

Called on my cell phone... knew my name and asked if I knew someone with the same last name. When I replied no, she asked if that person was living with me. I replied no and hung up the phone. I figured a collection agency fishing for a contact number.
